Our Marinas

The Piers Marina is actually two basins, separated by the Pier 5 Condos. Both basins are well protected on three sides. The headhouse building, which includes offices and a restaurant, borders the marina on the city side, while the former Municipal Pier buildings, now converted into four-story luxury condominiums, define and protect our north and south sides. Our east side is open to the river, except for split breakwaters that temper the wakes on the river and protect our east exposure.

 

·        Docks: All floating docks with finger piers alongside each slip

·        Water: Fresh water connection and usage is included with the price of a slip.

·        Electric: Each slip is powered for either 30 or 50 amp service. Electric usage is metered and billed monthly.

·        Phone: Private phone lines are available at each slip through a third-party provider.

·        Cable: Each slip is wired for cable or DirectTV service, which can be arranged through the cable provider.

·        Wireless: We offer free wireless high-speed Internet access for short-term transients. It's available long-term for a fee.

·    Facilities: We offer clean private rest rooms and private showers.

·        Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available onsite 24 hours a day.

·        Ice: Ice is available for purchase onsite through the marina office.

·        Parking: Marina tenants have access to discounted, group-rate parking spaces at Penn’s Landing.

·        Boat US Discount: We offer a 25% discount on transient slips for all current Boat US members.
